In the event that you haven’t noticed, I must say i don’t focus on food vacations that much. Or holidays in general. I just kind of make what involves mind (and seasonal!) then hope it fits into your supper or dessert program. But grilled mozzarella cheese? Come on you understand I can be on top of my game with that shit.

Here’s how it will go: I’m strolling through Trader J’s with my elegant small red cart, headphones in my ears and sampling some delicious drop of your day. Plus espresso! Oooo do they will have some good espresso or what? Anyway out of the corner of my eye I spot strawberries on sale. Two pounds at under $5? Yes!

I QUICKLY glance over and notice perfectly perfect avocados. Those go into my basket and into my stomach (must wait until I get home because obviously need a knife to cut those things open). I also found this delicious crusty seedy sourdough breads which gets tossed in the basket like I’m JORDAN.

Or not really. I actually just devote my container quite nicely. Let’s not pretend I’ve no real sport abilities besides rugby and in Tony’s opinion that’s still doubtful.

Whatever let’s just make grilled cheese, okay?

We hadn’t had grilled cheese in forever before I made that one. It’s usually not my head to sandwich but I had fashioned this outrageous avocado strawberry combo in my own head and knew it needed to be examined out. After all obviously.

This recipe can be terrific because it’s lactose free! I in fact used GO Veggie! Lactose and Soy Free Mozzarella Slices as an alternative. Have you tried them? They’re reduced fat (just 3g) and have zero cholesterol. Only a good alternative if you are looking for one! Oh and yes, they actually actually melt YIPPIE!

Next up… roasted strawberries! Please make these every day for the rest of your life starting NOW. They truly are nature’s chocolate. I love to roast them in a little coconut oil but you no longer need in this formula, you’ll just use a tablespoon of coconut oil to sweeten them up a little. The best component though? When the fruits combines with creamy, ripe avocado. ER MUHHHH GOODNESS after that you’ve got something really good going. Plus Parmesan cheese?!

Grilled cheese game on point. I am hoping you love this one in so far as i do! If you make this formula or other things from AK, tag me on Instagram #ambitiouskitchen so I can easily see your wonderful creations!

Lay mozzarella at the top after that add avocado and roasted strawberries. Drizzle two slices of bread with essential olive oil and place oiled side up on the sandwich. Enjoy immediately! Makes 2 sandwiches.

I used a multigrain breads with around 110 calorie consumption per slice. Aim for a loaf of bread high in nutritional value with no added sugar. You can even make this sandwich on an internal out british muffin!
