Dating in Memphis is done on Thursdays. For some reason people celebrate Thursday nights like it’s 1999, for whatever reason. At any rate I join in on the festivities and advise you to do the same.

It starts off with you asking her whether she’s the jealous type. It doesn’t matter what she says, yes or no; after she answers, you launch into a story. Tell her that you and your ex used to always go to this karaoke place on Wednesday nights. It’s a crazy t-shirt country with dollar drink specials and lots of weird characters. You can elaborate here on some of the funny stuff that’s you’d see there and so on.

Moving on to a more traditional shoe, Frye is making great updated versions of the loafers and oxfords these days. Frye has masterfully created a chunky oxford with tassles and loafers on a platform pump in rustic and weathered finishes. The color gives a vintage twist to a remodernization of classic shoes.

Wednesday nights they have Metal Night. As the name implies, metal music is played all night. This was my favorite night. When I am able to enjoy alcohol again, I will be finding a sitter so I can go to Metal Night again. Usually, they have a laptop set up at the front of the bar, iTunes filled with more music than I can wrap my head around and I’m a huge music fanatic, and you pick what’s played throughout the night.

“I like to do things that you can’t see at other shows. Last week we had the Kansas City Juggler’s Club and they brought several guys and did all these crazy tricks and shenanigans. There was a guy laying on the floor juggling knives by his face. Love it. You can’t go anywhere else and see that,” said Farrand.

Although I’d love to catch a glimpse of two of my fav’ celebs, I head upstairs and grab one of the hottest seats in the house next to Leinart and his entourage in front of one of the many plasma screen TVs as we watch the Bears crush former Trojan Reggie Bush and the Saints.
