Have team check-ins start about an hour before running time. Give each team a large paper number that they can attach to their clothing when they check in. When all of the teams have checked in explain to them what they need to do to make sure all of their laps are marked down. The best way is to tell them they will each have a volunteer. The volunteers will be lined up around the track. When you pass your volunteer on the track yell out your team number so they can mark it down.

The natural progression from the headline is a call to action. Too often do we see websites that offer a great product, have a great looking website, but don’t tell the visitor what to do next. If you are selling shirts, the call to action better be something like ‘buy a shirt now!’. After all, if you don’t show the visitor what they should be doing, Acttee they are either going to choose wrong or leave your website.

Third, be prepared. Do your research and find out what the company does, who the clients and/or projects are, and any background information you can find on the company and the person with whom you are meeting.

So, how does one get custom t-shirt printing done and what is the price associated with it? To answer the how part, one just has to visit the website of a t-shirt company and it takes just a few minutes to get the t-shirts created. With so many graphical artists available, any company can have a t-shirt design created. This design then needs to be stored in the hard drive as an image. To create the custom t-shirt, one needs to choose the base color of the t-shirt and choose the size. Then this custom image needs to be uploaded to the website. The final stage of this exercise is to decide on the number of t-shirts required.

You will also want to be clear on timelines when working with your seller. When do you need the purchase delivered by? Then work back to determine when they require the style submitted, along with the counts and sizes of the wholesale t-shirts, the transport dates and placements. If the order is being drop shipped to various locations, make sure that the bulk orders are submitted clearly so that the exact quantity and sizes are shipped to the right location.

There was the cost of the material, or shirts, the fee for the design process, the cost of applying the graphic to the shirts, and an equipment fee so that the business could pay their bills. Don’t forget to multiply all these by the number of shirts you are actually ordering. By the time all the costs were calculated out, it could well be a toss-up between the time it took and the cost factor as to the reasons people hated trying to make custom t-shirts.
