And I ask you, what better way is there to celebrate the coming year than with a look back at the past? I’m talking about getting retro, to a time when maybe you weren’t even born yet. (Do you realize that 21 year olds were born in 1989?) That’s right, I’m talking about New Wave New Year’s Eve at The Shelter.

Bounce Deuce (103 2nd Ave. #1, bet. E. 6th and 7th, East Village, Da City) : Great East Village location. Food is suprisingly decent and the drinks are reasonable. Lots of both sexes mingle here, so after the game the real game will commence. Plenty of tv’s everywhere and great vibe.

So our focus today is the best place in the Bay Area to have an outdoor beverage on a nice spring day. In fact, I’ll do you four better and provide the top five. Keep in mind that this is my top five and isn’t backed by any sort of analysis other than I like to go to these places. If you have a better top five, feel free to share it in the comments.

“I like to do things that you can’t see at other shows. Last week we had the Kansas City Juggler’s Club and they brought several guys and did all these crazy tricks and shenanigans. There was a guy laying on the floor juggling knives by his face. Love it. You can’t go anywhere else and see that,” said Farrand.

The first thing that my brother told me was to always get a chair facing towards the front door. That way you can see who is coming in and might be after you. He had plenty of people after him. We started playing a couple of guys and we lost the first few games. If you’re ready to read more information on Chicago T shirt Landtees website visit the internet site. I could tell that my brother was losing on purpose. He was a much better pool player than that.

Better known as Zotts, although I’m not really sure why, this little hideout in Portola Valley just off Interstate 280 in the South Bay is one of a kind. Between the rectangular burgers, giant sausage sandwiches, and 40 ounce beers – that’s right, big, old school 40s – it’s impossible not to enjoy yourself at Zotts. Oh, and while the beer garden is absolutely huge, it will fill up on nice weekend days, so get their before noon.

There are five of us that used to live in this awesome warehouse loft in Williamsburg. While none of us were hipsters, we did enjoy the t-shirt country within stumbling distance, the almost too loud coffee shops to really get anything done, and the fashionistas waiting to be congratulated for their choices in layering…and piercings.

Some nightclubs don’t just have a killer sound system, but an amazing video screen as well. Such a audio-visual experience, when done correctly, blows the typical nightclub out of the water and this is what some of the best new clubs have! Perhaps the club plays music videos. Or perhaps it gives a full visual experience synced to music, giving the audience an amazing sensory experience.
